Glenn Morelli
Managing Director
Glenn first started working at Cool or Cosy in 1994 as an Insulation Sales Consultant. After proving himself with his genuine and professional approach, Glenn was promoted to Sales Management in 2000. The sales department experienced significant growth in the following years under Glenn’s management style of promoting ethical and honest conduct with a customer first approach.
After several years of success, the then current owners were moving into retirement and like the old saying goes, “he liked the company so much he bought it!”. The success of the company has continued under Glenn’s leadership, growing to employ over 40 South Australians and be the largest local installer of Solar in the state. Glenn has a young family of three daughters, and in his spare time he is a keen fisherman and a self-proclaimed ‘sports nut’.
